If the problem persists, you can send a Media sensor profile to Tech Support for analysis.The printer is set for non-continuous media, but continuous media is loaded or is not calibrated.Media Out: Load Media Error (Status light: steady red, Supplies light: flashing red). Verify that software or driver settings are not changing the calibrated values or printer configurations. The printer is calibrated correctly if one label feeds each time it is pressed. This issue frequently occurs after printer installation when incorrectly configured and calibrated. The printer is skipping labels or rolling out blank labels.
